Processor AMD A10-5800K Berhasil Digeber Hingga 7,87 GHz

Dunia overclocking semakin berkembang. Baru-baru ini, tim overclocking dari Gigabyte berhasil menggeber processor AMD A10-5800K dari kecepatan awal 3,8 GHz menjadi lebih dari 2 kali lipatnya, yaitu menjadi 7,87 GHz.

Pada demo overclock yang ditampilkan pada 20 November yang lalu di Taipei ini, dipakai motherboard F2A85X-UP4. Berikut pernyataan dari Henry Kao, selaku vice president dari Motherboard Business Unit Gigabyte:

''We are extremely excited with this OC result because the F2A85X-UP4 is the first motherboard from Gigabyte to use our new Ultra Durable 5 technology - so the OC record is a testament to the high caliber of components that we use on our products,''

Selain itu, Gigabyte juga menyatakan bahwa mereka berhasil menggeber processor AMD FX8350 hingga memiliki kecepatan 8,47 GHz.
